We process personal data necessary for providing the FlowERP service, in particular:

• Registration and contact data (name, email, phone number, company ID).
• Data contained in uploaded documents (invoices, receipts).
• Technical data about application access (IP address, cookies).

3. Processors and Sub-processors

We use the following specialized platforms and tools for data processing:

• Jetveo: Application and cloud platform on which FlowERP runs. Jetveo provides technical infrastructure and data storage.
• Google Gemini: Advanced AI models by Google used exclusively for automatic data extraction from uploaded invoices and documents.

4. Data Security

All data is stored in secure data centers within the European Union. Data transfer is always encrypted using the HTTPS protocol.

5. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to object.
